mixed feelings ABOUT this hotel
late shuttle unanswered call
The lack of attention to detail became QUITE annoying. i requested extra towels, but they never arrived, and my calls to the front desk went unanswered. also, the advertised shuttle service was unreliable. It was late one day and nonexistent the next.

spacious room helpful staff comfortable bed
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in. I found the room spacious with good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I liked that the location provides convenient access to nearby attractions.
The food options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are somewhat limited.
